What happens if my feed cannot be downloaded by Usizy?

If your product feed cannot be successfully retrieved, an internal alert is automatically triggered and our system will make subsequent attempts to download the file again.

If the connection or download still cannot be established after these retries, our support team will contact you directly to investigate and resolve the issue.
